This dip is amazing, i always want to make bucket loads. Its perfect for GF, DF and AIP protocols.

Ingredients:

1 whole cauliflower and stalks

1 tablespoons herb salt. I use

1 lemon juiced

1.5 tablespoons Tahini

2 big cloves garlic

1 sml handful parsley

½ t paprika

1 t quality salt

4 T olive or coconut oil (2 t for the roasting, 2 tablespoons for the dip)

Method:

1.       Roughly cut up the cauliflower, coat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with dried herb salt.

2.       Roast at 180 for 40-50min.

3.       Once cauliflower is cold add all ingredients to your food processor and blitz until desired texture.
