Date Balls
Ingredients
500gms of Raw almond
20 pitted medjjol dates
¼ of cup of water
¼ – ½ a cup of raw cacao (depending on how rich you like it)
3 tablespoons of mixed nut butter
½ a bag of unsweetened shredded coconut
Method
Blitz almonds into a fine almond meal and set a side on a plate.
Place dates into the blender with the nut butter, raw cacao and 1/8 of a cup of water. Blitz until a paste is formed.
Slowly add the almond meal///Not in ingredients???? ¼ of the plate at a time.
Add water slowly to help mixture combine until desired texture. (TM 8-10, until mixed to personal desire texture)
Roll into balls cover in with coconut around the outside.
Put in the fridge for 2 hour until set.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3months.
