Apple and sage chicken, turkey patties
I love using turkey as its high in Tryptophan which is great for stress. Another fabulous ingredient in this meal is sage. It’s perfect for supporting memory retention and concentration.
These patties are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner and are particularly quick to make.
After combining all the ingredients, I roll the mixture into patties and cook half the batch. I then place the remaining patties into a BPA and BPS free container and freeze to have on hand for a quick midweek meal or for when visitors drop in.
